This page explains what this website collects, why, and who else sees it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

Who we are
Freily Services Group LLC is a Florida limited liability company, registered with the Florida Division of Corporations under document number L20000065481. We install epoxy flooring and decorative concrete across Florida.
We are a service-area business: we work at our customers’ properties and do not receive visitors at an office. You can reach us at (305) 890-9062 or [email protected].
What this policy covers
This website, freilyservicesgroupllc.com. It does not cover what happens on Instagram, Google, WhatsApp or anywhere else you go after leaving this site. Those platforms have their own policies and we do not control them.
What you give us
Our quote form asks for three things: your name, your phone number, and a description of your floor. There is no email field. We also record which language version of the site you were reading, so we answer you in the right one.
The form contains one hidden field you will never see. It exists to catch automated spam. If you are a person, you will never fill it in.
- We never ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or any government identifier — please do not send those through this form.
- Anything you type into the message box reaches us as you wrote it, so do not put anything there you would not want in an email.
What is collected automatically
Like almost every website, ours records technical information when you visit: your IP address, your browser and device type, your operating system, which pages you open, how long you stay, and which site or search sent you here.
Session recording — do not skip this one
We use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through the site: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and which parts of a page actually get read. We use it to find where the site confuses people.
The recordings are not tied to your name, and Clarity masks text typed into form fields by default. We still think you should know it is happening rather than find out later. If you would rather not be recorded, see “Your choices” below — any tracker blocker stops it, and the site works fine without it.
Fonts
The typefaces on this site load from Google Fonts. That request tells Google your IP address. We use it because it is faster than serving the fonts ourselves. If that trade-off is not one you want to make, a content blocker will stop it and the site still reads correctly.
Calls and text messages
When you submit the quote form you are asking us to call you back about your floor. By giving us your phone number you agree that we may contact you at that number by phone call or text message about your request, including through an automated system. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. If you would rather not give us a number, call us directly at (305) 890-9062. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop calls, tell whoever calls you or write to [email protected] — we will honour it.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests: as long as it takes to answer you and, if you hire us, as long as the job, the warranty and our tax and accounting obligations require.
- Analytics and recordings: for the retention period each tool applies. Clarity keeps session recordings for a limited window and aggregate metrics for longer; Google Analytics keeps user-level data for the period set in the property.
- You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time, and we will.
Your choices
- Google Analytics: install the opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Clarity and analytics generally: any tracker or content blocker prevents them from loading.
- Cookies: every browser lets you block or delete them. Blocking them does not break this site.
- Ask us directly: write to [email protected] and tell us what you want — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will answer within 30 days.
An honest note about which laws apply
We are a small Florida contractor. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights applies to companies far larger than us, and so do the California and European privacy regimes. We are not going to claim we are subject to them when we are not.
We wrote this policy to tell you what actually happens on this site. If you ask us to exercise any of the choices above, we will honour it whether or not a statute requires us to.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and quote requests travel encrypted. No system is perfect and we are not going to pretend ours is.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so here rather than hope you notice.
