What we install
Every floor starts the same way — grinding the slab down to a surface the coating can actually bond to. What changes is the finish on top. Most of what we install runs $6 to $7 per square foot, installed.

The base system: a poured resin layer that seals the slab and gives you a seamless, easy-to-clean surface with no grout lines to scrub.

Vinyl flakes broadcast into the wet resin, then sealed. Hides dust and tire marks better than any solid color — the usual pick for garages. A heavier broadcast gives a full, granite-like texture with more grip, which is what holds up around pools and service areas.

Metallic pigments moved through the resin while it cures, so every floor comes out with its own veining. No two are the same — this is the one people ask us for by name.

Diamond honing and polishing that brings dull, scratched marble back without replacing a single tile.

Colored quartz aggregate in a resin matrix. The toughest decorative option we install — built for kitchens, labs and wash-down areas.

A 2–3 mm cementitious skim coat that resurfaces damaged concrete — and goes over stairs, walls and countertops too.

Garage floors
A garage floor takes hot tires, dropped tools and oil that sits for weeks before anyone notices. A flake system handles all three: vinyl chips broadcast into wet resin, then sealed. The texture hides dust and tire marks that show on any solid colour, and it stays grippy when a car comes in wet — which in Florida is most of the year. A standard residential garage is ground, coated and finished in a single day.

$6 – $7
per square foot, installed
That range covers most of what we quote. The South Florida market runs from roughly $5.50 to $14 per square foot, so we sit in the lower third — and we would rather you know that before you call than after.

Grinding a slab, 11 p.m.
Diamond grinding with dust extraction on an exterior walkway. This is the step that decides whether a floor lasts eight years or peels in two, and it is the one almost nobody puts on a website. Our own crew — the work is never subcontracted.
A coating fails at the slab, not at the surface. We diamond-grind, repair and profile the concrete before a single drop of resin comes out. It is the slowest part of the job and the reason the floor lasts.
The people who quote your floor are the people who install it. No subcontractor chain, no crew you have never met showing up on day two.
The whole team works in English and Spanish. From the first call to the walkthrough at the end, you talk to someone directly — not through a translator.
