We are registered in Weston and we work across Broward. Garage, home, retail and warehouse floors — installed by our own crew, not subcontracted.
Most epoxy floors we install in Weston run $6 to $10 per square foot installed for flake systems, and a two-car garage starts around $2,500. A floor here fights two things at once: a slab that holds moisture, and sun that reaches further into the room than anyone expects. Both are why coatings peel in South Florida and hold somewhere else. We grind the slab until the pore is open, test it for moisture before a single bucket is opened, and choose the system around what the concrete can actually take. That preparation is the whole job — the colour is the easy part, and it is also the step most quotes leave out. A floor that peels after two years almost always went down on a slab nobody opened.
Six of the fifteen systems we run. The rest are on the services page.
Vinyl flakes broadcast into the wet resin, then sealed. Hides dust and tire marks better than any solid color — the usual pick for garages. A heavier broadcast gives a full, granite-like texture with more grip, which is what holds up around pools and service areas.
The base system: a poured resin layer that seals the slab and gives you a seamless, easy-to-clean surface with no grout lines to scrub.
Metallic pigments moved through the resin while it cures, so every floor comes out with its own veining. No two are the same — this is the one people ask us for by name.
Mechanically refining the slab you already have through progressive diamond grits. No coating on top — the finish is the concrete itself.
A textured coating for the concrete around a pool: cooler underfoot than bare slab, grippy when wet, and sealed against chlorine and sun.
Acid or water-based stain that penetrates and colors the slab permanently, keeping the natural variation of the concrete.

$6 – $10
per square foot installed, most flake floors
A standard two-car garage starts around $2,500. Solid colour runs $5 to $8 and metallic $8 to $15 per square foot. These are market estimates, not fixed rates: slab condition, preparation, moisture, repairs, the system and access decide the final number — and we would rather you know the range before you call than after.

Ten to fifteen years on a properly prepared slab, with normal care. The number that matters is not the resin, it is the preparation underneath it. A floor that peels after two years was almost always a floor laid on a slab that was never opened or never tested for moisture.
A standard two-car garage starts around $2,500. Per square foot, flake runs $6 to $10, solid colour $5 to $8 and metallic $8 to $15 installed. Those are market estimates: slab condition, area size and the system you choose move the final number. We measure on site before quoting, and there is no charge for that.
A standard two-car garage is normally done in one working day. You can walk on it the next day; vehicles usually go back in after 48 to 72 hours, depending on the system, the product, temperature and humidity. Larger commercial floors are scheduled by section so you are not shut down all at once.
Usually yes. We grind the old coating off rather than going over it. A coating laid on top of a failing coating fails at the same speed the one underneath was already failing.
