Garage Floor Epoxy for Boca Raton Homes

Most garage floors we install run $6 to $7 per square foot, and a standard two-car garage is ground, coated and finished in a single day. Boca Raton garages tend to be larger than the Broward average — three bays is common, and plenty of them double as a gym or storage — which means more square footage and a floor that gets looked at, not just parked on. That is why flake and metallic finishes do better here than a flat solid colour: the texture hides tyre marks and dust, and the finish still reads well when the door stays open.

What Boca Raton homes usually ask for

Garages first, then the outdoor slab. Flake systems for the garage floor, metallic where the space is on display, and textured coatings for pool decks that have to stay cool and grippy underfoot.

Epoxy Flake Flooring

Vinyl flakes broadcast into the wet resin, then sealed. Hides dust and tire marks better than any solid color — the usual pick for garages. A heavier broadcast gives a full, granite-like texture with more grip, which is what holds up around pools and service areas.

Metallic Epoxy

Metallic pigments moved through the resin while it cures, so every floor comes out with its own veining. No two are the same — this is the one people ask us for by name.

Pool Deck Coating

A textured coating for the concrete around a pool: cooler underfoot than bare slab, grippy when wet, and sealed against chlorine and sun.

Epoxy Flooring

The base system: a poured resin layer that seals the slab and gives you a seamless, easy-to-clean surface with no grout lines to scrub.

Marble Floor Polishing

Diamond honing and polishing that brings dull, scratched marble back without replacing a single tile.

Concrete Sealing

A penetrating or film-forming sealer against oil, salt and water. The cheapest thing you can do to make a slab last longer.

What an epoxy floor costs in South Florida

That range covers most of what we quote. The South Florida market runs from roughly $5.50 to $14 per square foot, so we sit in the lower third — and we would rather you know that before you call than after.

What moves the number

  • The condition of the slab: cracks, old coating, moisture
  • The size of the area: a two-car garage costs more per foot than a warehouse
  • The system you pick: flake and metallic are not priced the same
  • How much preparation the surface needs before anything goes down

Questions Boca Raton owners ask

How long is the garage out of use?

One day for the install on a standard two-car garage. You can walk on it the next day; the wait before a car goes back in depends on the system and the temperature, and that exact window goes in the quote.

My HOA needs approval and proof of insurance. Can you handle that?

Yes. Give us the management contact and we send the scope, the schedule and whatever documentation they ask for. It is a normal part of working in Boca and it should not be your job to chase it.

Will the floor get too hot for a pool deck?

A glossy interior system would. Pool decks use a different, textured coating that stays cooler and grips when wet — not the same product as the garage floor, even though both are coatings.

Can you match a specific colour?

Flake blends come in set combinations and metallic is mixed on site, so it is closer to choosing a stone than picking a paint chip. Tell us the look you want and we bring samples before anything is ordered.
